Snape Custard Stall - Folk East

Staff at Snape got together to create school dinner puddings to take to the Folk East Festival.

The super MDA and teaching team dished up apple crumble, blackberry and apple crumble, lemon drizzle, flapjack, school sprinkle cake, chocolate cake and gluten free brownie with a choice of custard or chocolate custard.

The younger members of the group did a very effective job of drumming up customers by bribing them with stickers!

There was a very long queue on both days with quite a buzz around the site re-living school pudding days.

Altogether the Folk Easters raised a whopping £850. The school was overwhelmed by such generosity and will be using the funds to buy into the Suffolk Music Service, offering students access to high quality tuition and experiences.
