Neil CollinsChair
Neil Collins
Neil studied Engineering at Cambridge before going on to a career in Telecoms software working in the UK and US. He has always been passionate about education and in 2012 was one of the co-founders of GovernorHub - an online resource for school governors and trustees used by over 15,000 schools in England. He has been a school governor for twenty years and was the founding chair of trustees at Enrich Learning Trust where he is still a member. He is also a trustee at The Wherry School - a special school for autistic pupils.

Lindsay Hanger
Lindsay has worked in education for 35 years as a class teacher, SEN Specialist Teacher, SENDCO, Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher of both a Pupil Referral Unit and a primary school. Lindsay is passionate about creating the right opportunities for all children, ensuring that the “whole” child is at the centre of education and that the wellbeing of pupils and staff is always an important consideration when decisions are made. Lindsay has two children and four grandchildren, all of whom live locally.

Katie has spent most of her career as a lawyer, working in various roles in financial services. Having recently retired, she is looking to use her skills in a different way and contribute to the success of Kingfisher Schools for the benefit of all concerned. Katie loves reading, walking, going to the theatre, keeping fit and travelling

Professor Claire PikeTrustee
Professor Claire Pike
Professor Claire Pikeis Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Student Education and Experience at the University of East Anglia, in which she leads the university's educational portfolio development and delivery, enhancement of academic quality, and partnership working with students and external stakeholders. She was previously Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education Enhancement) at Anglia Ruskin University, in which she led the institution to a Gold award in the Teaching Excellence Framework, strategically led widespread growth in degree apprenticeships, and led the Talent/Skills strand of the cross-institutional Innovate Cambridge strategy.
A molecular biologist by background, Claire has undergraduate and doctoral degrees from the University of Cambridge, has lectured on a wide range of biological and biomedical subjects in Cambridge and London, and supervises PhD candidates in biomedical and pedagogical subjects.
Claire is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a National Teaching Fellow, President of the Heads of University Centres of Biomedical Sciences and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology. She is passionate about the power of education positively to transform people's lives.

Mark ChapmanTrustee
Mark Chapman
Mark is employed as Finance Manager for a Norwich-based charity running a specialist school for pupils unable to access mainstream education. In 2025, he rejoined the board, having previously served as trustee and member.
Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking and Finance and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has prior experience as Commercial Manager and Premier Relationship Manager at HSBC.

Keith Mogford
Keith joined in 2024 as a trustee following his relocation to the area. Keith previously served for 8 years at Bridge Academy Trust, including as Chair of the Board of Trustees from September 2019, where he was instrumental in shaping the Trust's strategic growth.
His previous executive roles include CEO of Skills Effect, Director of Stakeholder Engagement at Open College Network and CEO of Open College Network Eastern Region.

Paul ReadTrustee
Paul Read
Paul joined the board in 2026 andpassionately believes that education can open doors and provide opportunities, and that the role of educators and leaders is to help pupils recognise, embrace and enjoy those opportunities.
Throughout his professional career, Paul has gained more than 30 years' experience in Financial Services, predominantly within Life Insurance, General Insurance and Investment sectors. He has held a range of senior and executive positions with several well-known household names.
Paul is also a Trustee for Julian Support, where he helps support adults dealing with mental health issues. In his spare time, he volunteers with Norfolk Blood Bikers.
