The Kingfisher Best Practice Network (KBPN) is an initiative whereby personnel within the Trust act as system leaders, developing a self-sustaining model of school improvement.

The system leaders are specialists in their field and can offer bespoke support to staff on an individual basis or indeed support whole school strategies.

So far, we have specialists who can support developing core subjects, SEND, behaviour, attendance, TA development, leadership development, and, of course, pedagogy.

The KBPN supports and exemplifies our values of opportunity, community and excellence.
